A motivational speaker, author, story writer, and storyteller, Prateek Saxena is endeavoring to bring the distracted youth back on the right path with his realistic and inspirational talks and stories.

Prateek Saxena hails from Kiccha, Uttarakhand. Currently, he is pursuing his bachelors. He is a motivational speaker and author. His organization’s name is PS1003.

Prateek shares that he has many achievements to his credit. He was a participant in a national-level art and painting competition in 2016. He was also a participant in a national-level essay competition in 2018. In 2019, he was the winner of a national-level quiz competition organized by GOI for which he was invited to the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. In 2020, he won the special jury award in a national-level speech competition organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, GOI. Besides, he is also the author of books entitled: ‘Problems - Your Real Friend’ and ‘Suicide - An Appreciable Attempt’.

Talking about his school days, Prateek says that at school, besides studies, he would also participate in extra-curricular activities with equal vigor. He played kho kho, chess, table tennis, etc. at the national level.

Prateek thinks that besides studies, one can explore and pursue many avenues and make a career. He says that every individual is different with different sets of interests.

Talking about COVID, Prateek says that during the pandemic, he did many online courses to upskill himself. Besides, he also worked as a COVID warrior to help contain the spread of the virus. Further, he also distributed food to the needy.

Prateek considers Swami Vivekanada as his ideal and role model. He says Swami Vivekananda’s life journey is really inspiring to him. Besides, his mother, who beat all the odds in her life and changed her circumstances, is his inspiration, Prateek says.

In the future, Prateek aspires to grow his organization to a scale where he is able to facilitate a platform for the youth to showcase their talents.

Prateek's proudest moment in life is to represent his state in Parliament as a speaker to speak on the topic “ How the youth can be guided in the right direction to use their potential to the maximum.”

Prateek advises the youth to be ambitious in life to do something unexpected and noteworthy. He says, according to him, the word Human stands for ‘Hon’ble’, ‘Unexpected’, ‘Motivational’, ‘Ambitious’, and ‘Noteworthy’. Besides, he advises them not to waste their precious time and to keep chasing their goals.

Talking about his struggles, Prateek says that he had to struggle a lot to write his books. From facing the apprehensions of his family to getting them published, he had to face many challenges.

Prateek thinks that in life both education and experience are important. He says education enables you to live life whereas experience teaches you how to live life.

His success mantra is never to doubt that you can’t do something that others can do. He says he always keeps a positive attitude in life and believes in himself that he can do everything.
