Reliable research is crucial in the gaming industry.
Prateek Pancholi is a 3-D Artist and Student at GameHut Institute in Udaipur.
Prateek's hometown is Udaipur. He completed his school education at Guru Nanak School and later did a BCA from Pacific University. He followed it with an MCA from The Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. At GameHut Institute, he is presently enrolled in the 3D Arts programme.
Speaking about his journey, Prateek states that he opted for Business Studies after finishing the tenth grade. But, because of his strong computer abilities, he chose to major in BCA in college. After that, he finished his MCA and worked in this industry in a number of different capacities. However, he was not content, so during the pandemic, he made the decision to study 3D art. His interest in this subject grew steadily over time. He was given the chance to create a 3D logo and animation, which he accomplished effectively. He eventually got several employment offers but enrolled at an institute to study more about this profession.
Regarding role models, Prateek looks up to sportsmen like Lionel Messi and MS Dhoni because they are capable leaders. He has learnt from them how to persevere and never give up.
Relating stories from his early years, Prateek remembers how he helped his father out at his business of kites. Along with his father, he attended several festivals and events, which gave him the chance to socialise with new people.
When asked about his struggles, Prateek replies that he ran into issues since there was nothing to do at the firm where he was hired after completing his MCA and he wasn't happy with the position. After his mother was admitted to hospital, he quit his work and struggled with depression for a while. Subsequently, he made the decision to investigate the 3D field and spent a year studying it in several places.
Prateek acknowledges his mistakes and adds that he committed a lot of them since he chose to major in Business in the eleventh grade instead of Biology and Mathematics. Furthermore, he studied MCA and squandered his two years conducting internships at various firms, rather than concentrating on the 3D industry.
He says that after finishing his internship, he looked into institutes in great detail and discovered that learning was not guaranteed at the current institutes in Delhi and Bangalore, which were highly expensive. After that, he looked up GameHut Institute and visited them to view their art. Fascinated by their work analysis in the Advanced class, he decided to enrol at the institute. He has been studying at the GameHut Institute for a year now.
As he talks about his accomplishments, Prateek mentions that he has several certificates from Sanskrit competitions. He also represented MLSU in an inter college cricket tournament held at the state level.
Prateek advises everyone that complete research is essential before entering any career. He also says to always have faith in yourself, and lend a hand to family members with chores. It's crucial to play a variety of games in the gaming industry in order to comprehend them. Next, examine yourself to see what interests you, such as coding or creative abilities, etc. In this profession, there are several alternatives and designations to choose from.
The lines “Never pray to God to make your life better, rather always pray that he makes you strong so that you can bear life” motivates him a lot.
He enjoys playing cricket, table tennis, and biking in his free time.
Prateek would choose the 3D field earlier if he had the ability to travel back in time via a time machine.
