Prashant was born and brought up in Udaipur. He completed his high school education at St. Paul's School and then went to Mumbai to pursue an MBA. After his graduation, Prashant worked for a year and then moved back to Udaipur.

After shifting back to Udaipur, Prashant worked as a marketing executive for several firms before starting his entrepreneurial venture. He firmly believes that marketing is a great field as it allows a person to broaden their horizons and connect with several influential people.

In 2019, Prashant, along with his partner, co-founded Dexigner Interior Hub. The firm is known for the distribution of veneers across Rajasthan. It also deals in other decorative products, such as laminates, etc. Prashant’s firm also caters to many corporate requirements.

When Prashant started his venture, only two people supported him, and the rest were wary about his idea. Prashant, with his dedication and hard work, proved everyone wrong, but unfortunately, due to the outbreak of the worldwide pandemic, his startup faced a downfall, having zero sales throughout the lockdown. Corona affected his startup severely, but he made the most of it by learning several things and honing his technical skills.

Prashant wasn’t a born leader and believes that people can develop these qualities as they grow up. He believes that it is very important to be hardworking, as it determines the entire course of a person’s life. He says that to grow, one should be dedicated, committed, and loyal to his or her work and customers.

Prashant believes that education is very important, but to become a better person, experience is also necessary. He weighs both equally and stresses that a person should give importance to both of these aspects. Prashant considers Elon Musk and Ratan Tata as his role models; it is they who taught him to have vision and leadership skills.

Prashant, in his free time, enjoys going to new restaurants and hotels and spending time with his friends. He also loves to play cricket, travel, and explore new places. He is absolutely content with his life and only wishes that he could have started his business early in life.
