Prashant says that growing up in Udaipur, he had a fun-filled childhood with mischievous moments and occasional scoldings from his parents.
Prashant shares that after completing his education, he worked as an insurance agent with ICICI Lombard, specializing in health insurance. However, he realized he wanted more than a regular job.
In 2010, Prashant made the decision to leave his job and start his own business. He initially tried his hand in the real estate industry but faced challenges due to its high investments. After extensive research, he decided to open a pure vegetarian restaurant.
In 2013, Rana Ji Restaurant was established, offering a variety of delectable dishes. Prashan's restaurant gained popularity for its unique Rana Ji Special Chur Chur Naan. His entrepreneurial journey has been filled with valuable experiences and continuous learning. He believes that being a businessman requires dedication and constant effort.
Prashant has made sacrifices to focus on his business, but he sees them as necessary steps rather than true sacrifices. He has dedicated his time and energy to the restaurant, even if it means being away from family and friends. He values the connections and friendships he has made along the way.
