Prakash Manghwani is a Restaurateur based in Jodhpur who started small and grew his business into a successfully running cafe. His honesty and dedication to his work built his inspirational story.

Prakash was born in Jodhpur and completed his education at Jodhpur University. He is the Owner of Laxmi Cold Drinks Cafe in Jodhpur. He started with a juice parlour in 2007 on rented property and progressed on to build a cafe and restaurant. His cafe offers a range of scrumptious coffees, shakes, and juices, along with a wide variety of cuisines. Prakash had started his business to provide healthy food at pocket-friendly rates.

In 2007, starting his business in a developed market was the biggest challenge. However, the support of his family and staff, and the love of the people of Jodhpur helped him succeed and he counts them as his valuable achievements. He is planning to open various other branches of his cafe in Jodhpur.

During covid, Prakash spent time with his family, listened to music and invested in his interests. However, during the second lockdown, he continued to work and distributed food packets to the needy.

Prakash looks upon his father for his hard work, honesty, and the valuable lessons that help him in his business.

Prakash is a leader by work. He works with his staff as a team and treats them like his family. He helps them when in need and motivates them regularly.

According to Prakash, both Education and Experience are crucial for getting success.
