Prakash Lohar is an entrepreneur with a long experience of doing a job as well. He feels that the experience he got there is helping him grow now.

Prakash Lohar is the owner of Syngress Systems in Udaipur.

Prakash says that it is a business related to the IT field in which he deals with hardware, software, repairing and sales. He has been doing this for the past thirteen years.

Prakash was born in Banswara but did his schooling in Udaipur.

From his school days, Prakash had an interest in the computer field. He learned many computer languages and also taught for two years. Then he came into the hardware field and worked in a company for fourteen years.

Prakash shares that starting a business after doing a job is a difficult shift. He was used to getting a fixed salary but when he decided to start his own venture, all his savings were invested into it. For the first six months, he had to face a lot of difficulties.

Prakash also feels that he could start a business because of the experience he gained while doing a job. He understood the market and created goodwill in the market which is helping him now.

Talking about his role models, Prakash says that his boss from his previous job was a very senior person and taught him a lot. Also, his father always emphasized working with honesty and hard work which is what Prakash follows in his life.

Prakash feels that to run a business successfully one has to read daily about the new technology coming into the field and adapt to the changing times.

Advising the young generation, Prakash says that they should learn  proper formal conduct and how to communicate with clients.

In his free time, Prakash likes to surf the Internet to learn about the innovations coming in his field.
