Prakash Goyal is the Managing Director and co-founder of Akash International Placements Private Limited.

Prakash resides in Jodhpur. He did his early schooling in his village in Jodhpur. He did his college from Jodhpur. As he could not afford to stay in Jodhpur due to some financial constraints, he had to come back to his village. Thereafter, he continued his studies in his village as a private student at the university. He used to help his father on their farms and mines. He remembers his father’s saying that one shouldn't be ashamed and do any kind of work, whether big or small.

Prakash shares that after completing his education, he started preparing for the government services exams as his father wanted him to do the same, but later he realized that he was best suited to do business. He started an E-Mitra kiosk in his village. Thereafter, he joined a government school as a computer operator and worked there for four years. Then he also worked in the SDM office in Shergarh for a year. There he also started a shop, where he used to work after his office hours. Thereafter, he left his job and went to a B.Ed. college in Udaipur.

Prakash shares that his brother did housekeeping training in Hyderabad and was placed in Japan. So his brother, seeing plenty of opportunity, advised him to open a placement agency. He registered his agency and named it Akash International Placements Private Limited. He has been successful in establishing his company and has got hundreds of people placed in the housekeeping department.

Prakash says that mistakes are inevitable. He was too late in starting his company and regrets that he should have started much earlier.

Talking about his achievements, Prakash says that he always worked with positivity, which itself is an achievement for him. He has also contributed to the Swachh Bharat Mission and other social works.

When asked about his role models, Prakash says that his brother and family have always supported and encouraged him and are his inspirations.

For mental peace, Prakash likes to spend time with his family and friends.
