An acclaimed Sales Coach, Prakash Batna is empowering organizations, and sales professionals with advanced and pragmatic sales tools to enhance the outcome positively.

Prakash Batna is the founder and CEO of Hisales Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He is a sales trainer and business coach. He has been in the profession for 16 years.

Prakash began his career with the Godrej Group as a management trainee, and then he traveled a long journey enjoying numerous executive and senior positions with prominent firms in sales management, operations, marketing, strategy, and planning. Furthermore, he has so far trained over 10,000 professionals.

Prakash holds a B.E. from the University of Maharashtra and a postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Chetna Institute of Management. He has also completed IIM Ahmedabad's Management Development Program. Furthermore, he is a serial entrepreneur who founded three businesses in distinct industries, including consultancy, food technology, and edtech.

In his childhood, Prakash says he was an average student who excelled at outdoor activities. He enjoyed interacting with people and playing with everything and anything under the sun. He was a natural leader who enjoyed convincing and influencing others.

Describing his achievements, Prakash says that starting his first business and securing Rahul Dravid as a brand ambassador for it are his two greatest life achievements. He says that the transition from a salaried employee to a business owner was challenging, but he considers it to be one of his proudest achievements. Additionally, he considers appreciation of his students and employers as accomplishments because if they gain something from his training, he feels accomplished.

When asked about his mistakes in life, Prakash replies that he views them as lessons learned and that making mistakes indicates that efforts are being made to succeed. He continues by saying that mistakes help him learn, and the more he learns, the closer he gets to his goal.

When asked about his role models, Prakash states that he looks up to any individual or CEO who makes a difference in society or business as his role model. He draws inspiration from everyone who is successful and working toward their objectives, whether they are CEOs or street vendors.

In his leisure time, Prakash enjoys spending time with his family, cooking for them, and trying new recipes. He also enjoys going on trips, seeing new locations, and meeting new people. He says he is also trying to finish his book on sales success, which he will publish soon.

Prakash suggests aspiring business owners choose a mentor with whom they may discuss their worries and failures. He believes that a mentor can show the appropriate road to achievement, shortening the long journey.

Prakash's success mantra is P.H.D., which stands for Passion, Hunger, and Discipline. He believes that in order to grow and flourish, one must have a passion and a hunger to reach their goals. They must also exercise discipline by being consistent in their efforts.
