Pradeep Kumar Yadav has been a Cricket Coach for twelve years in Nagpur.
Pradeep hails from Nagpur and was born and brought up in Nagpur itself. His father was in the Police Department and so he lived in the police quarters for twenty years. He did a course in Electrical Engineering.
Sharing his childhood memories, Pradeep says that he used to play cricket with his friends during his boyhood in his quarters. He had never dreamt of building his career in cricket.
Pradeep says that he was inspired by his elder brother who played cricket well but was unable to build his career in this field. Pradeep, being an electrical engineer, was initially forced by his parents to do a corporate job but his passion for cricket brought full-fledged support to him.
Regarding role models in his life, Pradeep says that he considers his school teacher Ravi Kulkarni and Prashant Namble, his cricket coach, and many other coaches as his role models whose guidance helps him a lot to train his students.
Sharing his accomplishments, Pradeep says that he played at the National level and his students getting selected at the state level are his greatest achievements.
When free, Pradeep likes to spend time with his friends and go on a tour.
Pradeep’s success mantra is to focus on the quality of his work. He feels that quantity comes automatically if the quality is good.
To the aspirants to the cricket field, Pradeep says that they have to sacrifice a lot and always have to keep themselves mentally and physically fit.
