After having worked in various corporations, Pradeep found his calling in Martial Arts, and has been preparing future Martial Artists.

Pradeep Negi is an MMA and Boxing Trainer. He is proficient in several Martial Arts. Currently he is the Technical Director at Negi The School Of Martial Arts.

Pradeep hails from Noida. Growing up, he was always interested in Martial Arts. Subsequently, he started training at the age of eleven years.

Prior to entering into the Martial Arts field full-fledgedly, Pradeep used to work in the corporate sector, providing Martial Arts coaching part-time. When his company laid him off during the 2008 financial crisis, he decided that it was high time to start a full-time career in Martial Arts and finally started out in 2012.

Talking about his role models, Pradeep says that Jackie Chan is his biggest inspiration. He says that the actor’s fitness level and proficiency at this age are remarkable. He also shares that Jackie Chan was his first motivation which drew him to this field.

Sharing his experience of the COVID pandemic, Pradeep says that it was a challenging time for him as he got infected from the virus in both the COVID waves. However, he says that it was not a big deal for him given his level of fitness. He thus urges people to practise Martial Arts or any other sports to keep themselves fit and healthy.

During his free time, Pradeep likes listening to music to keep himself calm and refreshed.

Advising the upcoming generation, Pradeep says that you must take Martial Arts training not only to keep yourselves safe, but also to gain self confidence. He further says that you can also make a good career in this field as career opportunities are rapidly growing in the sports field.
