Mr. Pradeep Bhardwaj spent his childhood in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Pradeep has numerous childhood memories while living in his village. He graduated from Delhi University and started working in the Hospitality sector. He was working as the Banquet Manager in Delhi. He worked in the Delhi Gymkhana Club and Vasant Kunj Club too. In 1999, he came to Alibaug near Bombay.

He has been working as a Head for 22 years in Outpost Alibaug Resort.

In his free time, he loves to listen to Hindi music.

Outpost is the Greenest Sanctuary in Alibaug, owned by Future Group, near Mumbai.

In its 4-acre huge property, Outpost has 30 rooms, one restaurant, swimming pools, and gardens. In their restaurants, they serve Indian, Chinese, and Continental. Outpost has swimming pools and gardens. They are coming with 2 bars day/night and an Italian restaurant soon.

Scope of Hospitality

Pradeep Bhardwaj advises that the hospitality industry is super-amazing. It has good scope in India, and there is a lot of learning in this industry.

Covid-19 Situation

Many people lost their jobs in the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a very problematic & dangerous situation for people, but Pradeep Bhardwaj considers himself lucky because he is Heading Outpost Resort in Alibaug. He lives in Alibaug.

After COVID-19, situations became better. The government permitted to start resorts located outside cities like Alibaug.

Message for Young Generation

They have to work hard for an organization with honesty. They do well in their life. Everybody enjoys that young period of life. There is a lot of difference in old & new generation.

Today's generation has new technologies. So do hard work to be happy in life.

Pradeep Bhardwaj has started Working on new things. He wants to take that thing to the Top level. Hopefully, he will succeed.
