Poonam, who works in the education field, attributes her advancement in the area to the support of her principal. She enjoys engaging with children and is in charge of the admissions department.

Poonam Rathore is working as a teacher, examination coordinator, and admission counselor at Royal Academy Secondary School, Udaipur.

Poonam was born and brought up in Udaipur. She did her schooling at a Government School. Poonam further states that since her parents were a bit orthodox, she completed her college through correspondence and later got married. Poonam says that her in-laws were very supportive and motivated her to do a job and utilize her education.

In response to a question regarding her struggles, Poonam says that although we will face challenges in life, we should grow from them and move on.

When asked which is more important—education or experience—Poonam responds by saying that both are crucial. Education aids in establishing a foundation and earning degrees. But we learn from our failures and use that experience to advance in life is what Poonam feels.

If given a time machine, Poonam would like to go back in time and relive her college days by actually attending a college and scoring much better. She will also live a playful life like other girls of her age at that time did.

Poonam advises young people to work hard and live honestly in order to secure their future.
