Reflecting fondly on her pampered childhood, Wadhwani says her life took a transformative turn five years ago when she attended a yoga training session that introduced her to Kundalini yoga and meditation, offering her a fresh perspective on life.
As a fitness enthusiast, Wadhwani seized the opportunity to pursue yoga teacher training and began teaching her family and relatives. Gaining confidence, she eventually opened her own yoga studio.
Pooja's journey was not without challenges. Married at just 19, she faced the difficulty of adapting to a new life at a young age. Now, after 23 years of marriage and raising two children, she reflects on the challenge of balancing her responsibilities as a mother with running a yoga studio. Despite the hurdles, she feels fulfilled seeing her children excel in their fields and her students thriving under her guidance.
