Pooja enjoys spending time with her son in her personal life. If she had a chance, she would love to go back to her childhood and relive those memories. She thinks that leadership is something that develops over time, but more importantly, communication is the key to building relationships between teachers and students in school.

Pooja looks up to her college teacher, Mr. Rahul Sen, as her role model. He guided her during her college days and taught her many things that were useful for her professional life.

Pooja’s favorite song is “Ek Ajnabee” from the movie “Ajnabee”. She likes the lyrics and the melody of the song, which she finds to be a perfect mix of emotions and music. The song reminds her of some memories and makes her happy whenever she listens to it.

Pooja’s motto is “live and let live”. She believes that one should be satisfied and grateful for their own life and opportunities and not interfere with others’ lives.
