Life is full of struggles but the key is to keep going despite all the challenges.
Pawan Kumar is from a village in Jalaun district of Uttar Pradesh. He had started his primary education from his village itself but had to drop out in seventh class and go to Rajasthan for work due to his weak financial background.
Pawan used to work for twelve hours straight for a salary of merely seventy five rupees per day. The conditions were bad but he was determined to achieve something big in life so he continued working hard. He returned home after some time but the will to do something persisted with him. So once again Pawan left home and went to another state for work, but this time he started his education once again and managed to do job and studies altogether.
Pawan believes that life is a struggle in itself and carrying on with it is the only choice. So he continued his struggles. He kept moving from one state to another in search of work and eventually in Madhya Pradesh he found his passion-teaching. So he thought of making a career in the education field and after completing his education, he opened his own school and became a HM there. With all this he did not stop his education and finally attained a Masters degree and by that he got to become the Principal of his own school.
But another challenge was lurking around the corner for Pawan, which was the COVID crisis. After one year of his starting his school, a nationwide lockdown was imposed in view of the pandemic and consequently everything fell apart for Pawan. But eventually he managed to get his school running again with his hard work and passion for imparting education.
Pawan tells everyone that although the pandemic is a huge disaster, there is no need to fear it as we can fight any challenge, we just have to keep moving forward. He also says that we should not be afraid of falling down because that's the only way we will learn things and achieve great things.
Pawan says that for him, friends and family are of vital importance, as it was only due to their support and help that he was able to stand straight in difficult times. So he advises everyone to always be with their family and keep learning and working hard.
