Pankaj Sharma is an educator. He is the Director of Vishwas Coaching Centre. It has been more than three decades since he started his coaching center.
Pankaj hails from Jodhpur.
Pankaj shares that he was just in his twelfth grade when he lost his father. He was planning to give PMT exams, but unfortunately he had to take up the responsibilities of his family and was in dire need of money. He started teaching students and giving tuition at home. Gradually, he converted it into a coaching center. He was himself studying and teaching, too. He feels that he has missed a lot in his life, as so much was happening.
Pankaj believes that a teacher should be patient enough so that they can pay equal attention to the best and the weakest students in the class. However, he says that he enjoys teaching and feels elated that he receives respect from his students as well as their parents.
Pankaj says that he has made no major mistakes in his life. But he learned during the lockdown that it is essential to have some savings.
Talking about his achievements, Pankaj says that his students' excelling in their fields is his biggest accomplishment.
When asked about his role models, Pankaj says Sachin Tendulkar, who never let his emotions affect his profession is his role model.
For mental peace, Pankaj listens to old music. He finds satisfaction in visiting the temple and worshiping Lord Hanuman.
Pankaj’s life mantra is to "believe in yourself". There is nothing that we cannot do, he says.
