Coming from a family of educationists, Pankaj put his qualities and knowledge to good use by becoming a teacher.

Pankaj is a Lecturer at the Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College. He joined the institution in 2007 and has accumulated an experience of about 15 years.

Pankaj hails from Udaipur. He has done his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering followed by M.Tech. in Power Systems. He shares that everyone in his family is associated with the education field and this generated his interest in the same.

Sharing his COVID experience, Pankaj says that it was a pretty challenging time, especially for those related to education as it became difficult to teach through the online mode. He further says that the Vidya Bhawan institute took special care to integrate and accommodate every student with the online mode of teaching.

Pankaj considers his father as his role model. He says that his father’s hard work and dedication was always inspiring, and something which he has tried inculcating into himself as well.

Advising the aspiring teachers, Pankaj says that the most important quality to have in this profession is patience. He further says that understanding the uniqueness of every single student and acting accordingly is also vital to become a good teacher.

During his free time, Pankaj likes playing volleyball and listening to music. He also spends time reading about the latest developments in his academic field.
