Despite working as a Software Engineer in a renowned MNC in Mumbai, Paneri never gave up on her passion for Dance and pursued it professionally as well.

Paneri Kishore Kamthe is a Software Engineer. She is also a Bharatanatyam Dancer and instructor. She also runs her own Dance Academy in Jaipur.

Paneri hails from Mumbai. She did her MCA from there itself. She says that she had been fond of dancing since childhood. She used to participate and choreograph in every event of her school and college. She has been learning, as well as teaching, Bharatanatyam at the Kalalaya Nritya Academy in Mumbai for the last five years. She has performed at several state level events and in cultural festivals.

Paneri considers her parents, her husband and her guru as her Role Models because they are passionate about their work and have a disciplined and positive approach towards everything.

Paneri says that she learned a lot during the Covid pandemic. She understood the concept of Time Management along with developing several other skills. She says that she got enough time to practice and even participated in many online events.

If Paneri had a Time Machine, she would have gone to her childhood and started taking professional training in different dance forms from then only.

Advising today’s generation, Paneri asks them to focus on their career without getting any social media distractions in their way. She tells them to work hard and don’t run after short cuts. She says, believe in hard work, be passionate and focussed about your goal and success will be yours.
