Pallavi is a dedicated teacher who motivates her students to set a high benchmark for themselves and achieve it with focus and patience.

Pallavi Singh is a Mathematics teacher at Witty International School, Udaipur. She teaches math to students in grades 7 and 8.

Pallavi belongs to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.Recalling her childhood, Pallavi says she spent her early days in Agra owing to her father’s transferable job. As a child, she never dreamed of being a teacher, and becoming an air hostess was her only childhood dream. However, inspired by her teachers back in school, Pallavi decided to go for the teaching profession when she couldn’t fulfill her dream of joining  the aviation industry.

When asked about her role models, Pallavi says she draws her inspiration from her parents, who taught her to stay disciplined and motivated. She gives the credit for her success to them.

Sharing her COVID experience, Pallavi says that it was a new situation for both the teachers and the students to get accustomed to. She adds that switching from an offline to an online mode of teaching was an overall different experience that took time to get settled in.

Pallavi advises the youth to stay patient and focus on achieving whatever they want in life. She urges everyone not to settle for less in life but to give their best to get the best.

Pallavi advises aspiring teachers to educate themselves well enough in order to impart the required knowledge to students.

Speaking about her achievements, Pallavi says that she was honored with the "Best Teacher Award" by the Hindustan Times in 2018.

In her free time, Pallavi likes to do gardening and read books, which makes her truly happy.
