Pallavi is a passionate singer who has devoted 25 years of her life to the art of singing and is inspiring many aspiring singers through her talent.

Pallavi is a professional singer and singing teacher. She has been the semi-finalist of a popular TV reality show - “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa '' and has participated in many other reality shows. Pallavi has sung in many different languages like Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, Tamil, Telugu, and many more. She has sung for various companies and in several movies too.

Pallavi was born and brought up in Dombivli of Maharashtra. She completed her education at Dombivli itself.

Pallavi shares that she started learning singing when she was about seven years old and then went on to participate in various school-level singing competitions. Once when she was in the eleventh standard, her talent and dedication to the art were noticed by a noted musician - Mr. Raja Kulkarni, while she was performing at a school function. He gave her her first break to sing in an orchestra. Then the sky was her limit. She began singing in various college-level competitions and that was the time when she got the chance to participate in “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa”. She has participated in the Marathi version of the show and various other shows too.

Pallavi has a deep admiration for late Lata Mangeshkar. She takes inspiration from her timeless voice. Pallavi says that the legendary singer has a huge impact on her life, her personality, and her singing career. She even got the chance to share the stage with Lata Ji twice, as a chorus singer. Pallavi is enormously grateful for that opportunity, she says that it was like a dream come true to her.

Talking about her struggles, Pallavi says that struggles are an inseparable part of every great journey. However, she says that she did not feel the struggle that she was sustaining as she tried to learn from the problems that she had come across. However, she thinks that her journey has been a smooth one altogether.

When asked about her role models, Pallavi says she considers famous singers as her role models, like Lata Ji, Asha Ji, and from contemporary times, Shreya Ghoshal. Her singing mentors are also her role models as they have taught her many crucial life skills along with teaching her singing. She also considers her parents as her role models as they have supported her at every point in time.

To aspiring singers, Pallavi says that ‘riyaaz’ or practice is the most important thing when it comes to singing. She says that consistent practice is the only way to succeed in this field

Pallavi says that she likes to sing and listen to music in her free time. Along with that, she also likes to spend time decorating and managing her home.

During the COVID period, Pallavi made sure that she was there for her friends and family wherever they needed emotional support. She has helped many people gain their confidence and hope back during COVID. Personally, she kept herself connected with music and did various online shows, and started teaching the art of singing to children, which she will continue.

Pallavi gives a message to people to promote and give recognition to the artists who have lost their livelihood and opportunities to perform due to COVID and help them get back on track.
