Pallavi Jha is a Chartered Accountant in Patna, Bihar.

Pallavi shares that after completing her training, she worked with a renowned firm for two years in the taxation field. Then she started practicing in Patna with the industry department as a consultant. Afterwards, she worked with the Government of Bihar in the Finance department. Currently, she is working with UNICEF as a team leader and also contributing to the startup ecosystem in Bihar.

Recalling her childhood, Pallavi says that she completed her schooling at DAV School. She chose commerce in the twelfth grade under the guidance of her father. Her parents never forced her to choose any subject, and she had the freedom to choose it according to her interests. Her parents pushed her to participate in sports along with her studies, as they felt that extracurricular activities were also important. She played badminton at the national level and also attended the Republic Day camp in the NCC.

Talking about her journey, Pallavi says that she did her articleship in Patna. During her articleship, she learned technicalities and communication skills from her principals. She also learned to maintain balance in life. After completing her training, she joined a company where she learned how to handle things properly and also learned teamwork from her director, colleagues, and partners. All these learnings have helped her in her practice and in running her own organization. Her journey has been very interesting, and she has enjoyed it thoroughly.

Accepting her mistakes, Pallavi says that she has made many mistakes but she always focused on rectifying them. She didn’t think that a mistake was a failure and treated it as an experience.

Pallavi’s role models are many people like her grandfather, as she learned to maintain a proper balance between discipline and fun from him. She learned how to enhance technical skills and how to inculcate them from her principal. She also admires her parents, teacher, and seniors, as she learned a lot of things from them.

In her spare time, Pallavi likes to watch or read stories in any form, like movies, novels, series, etc. She also likes to talk and listen to the stories of other people. She loves to play with her pet to attain mental peace.

Advising aspirants to her field, Pallavi says that to enter the CA field, the most important thing is consistency.
