Padmanava Banerjee is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer who has been providing soft skills and personality development training to people and corporations for the past more than three years. Padmanava also works as an Analyst for an IT company.
Recalling his childhood, Padmanava says he grew up playing and spending time with his grandparents. He had to reside in different states and cities due to his father’s transferable job. Padmanava spent twelve years in the North East and completed most of his schooling in Agartala.
Talking about his professional journey, Padmanava says that he did his graduation in Hotel Management and spent six months as his training period. During the course of his internship, Padmanava worked in the HR department, which fueled his interest in imparting training to people. Thereafter, he earned various certifications and enrolled himself in relevant courses. Padmanava has tied up with various schools to provide grooming sessions.
Regarding his role models, Padmanava says he draws inspiration from his father, who played a crucial role in his upbringing and fulfilled all his needs.
When asked about his mistakes, Padmanava says that, as humans, we all make mistakes at some point in our lives. He adds that we should strive to learn from those mistakes and become better individuals.
Speaking about his achievements, Padmanava says that he has received certifications from renowned institutes like the British Institute, Adani Institute of Management, High Fly Academy (Indigo), etc.
In his message to aspiring soft skills trainers, Padmanava says that they should know the subject inside out and invest their dedication and time into it. He suggests that individuals can enhance their knowledge and skills in personality development and grooming through dedicated courses.
Padmanava's success mantra is to avoid taking any shortcuts, as he believes that no shortcut can help you achieve a long-term goal. He adds that maybe one can copy others and get ahead in life; however, with this, one won’t have that real satisfaction in life. On that note, Padmanava says that "Hard work and dedication are the keys to success."
