Om Prakash Shakya is from Ajaigarh in Madhya Pradesh. He was not fortunate enough to study further than tenth grade. However, this did not stop him from becoming a successful person in life.

Om Prakash has done various small jobs in his life and has struggled a lot. Currently, he is in show business and also mentors youngsters in the art of folk singing. He has featured in movies too, playing the role of father in one movie. One movie featuring him is due to release and is in the mixing stage right now. He and his team do various plays too by collecting donations from their locality.

Om Prakash is currently working on two movie projects named “Aurat Kamzor Nahi” and “Preet Hamare Bachpan Ki”, which he is planning to make with his family. He is getting support from many people from all over Madhya Pradesh and parts of Uttar Pradesh. Youngsters are also coming to him to learn folk songs. It gives him motivation and strength to work even harder.
