A self-defense coach and motivational speaker, Nupur is passionate about motivating and instructing people to bring social change through her programs.

Nupur is a Self-defense coach from New Delhi. She also holds a certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports as a trainer. She is employed at Propusers as a Senior Training Manager. Additionally, she manages her Atma Raksha and Atma Suraksha projects for women's defense. She is an MBA graduate.

When asked about the challenges she faced in her life, Nupur says that the sudden death of her husband left her feeling extremely depressed and heartbroken. She was left to handle life's challenges by herself while caring for her little baby boy. She received no assistance from her friends or extended relatives. However, she didn't give up and went to New Delhi. She participated in self-defense classes and eventually became a certified self-defense coach.

According to Nupur, she first realized that everyone else, especially women, is in pain when she began meeting individuals and having the opportunity to hear about their personal experiences. She established her "Atma Raksha" and "Atma  Suraksha" initiatives out of a desire to aid the less fortunate. Nupur says that she teaches individuals about self-defense through seminars and workshops.

Nupur finds inspiration in her father. She says she witnessed her father struggling and then triumphantly overcoming his challenges. When she was going through a challenging moment in her life, she said that her father was the biggest motivator. Her son also inspires and encourages her in all her endeavors.

The COVID-19 pandemic, according to Nupur, was a terrible tragedy in which many people lost their lives in front of loved ones. She held online conferences and conversations with those who were experiencing the worst of the pandemic to encourage them despite the fact that she was suffering from a shortage of funds at the time.

In her free time, Nupur enjoys cooking and painting. She says that she feeds poor kids and donates to the leprosy hospital with the funds raised from the sale of her paintings. She enjoys taking long walks among nature. Not only that, she works to care for and feed street dogs, and she also enjoys spending time with kids from the slums.
