Coming from a middle-class family, Nitish was highly ambitious about making his career. His dedication paid off and today he is working as a team leader at a reputed IT company in Delhi.

Nitish Kaushik is currently working as a Team Leader at Coforge, a digital IT solutions and technology consulting service company in Delhi.

Nitish belongs to Nimbahera situated in the Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan. He did his schooling from there itself. He did his B.Tech from the Institute of Technology & Management, Bhilwara. After completing his studies he joined an IT company in Udaipur where he worked for a year-and-a-half and then moved to Delhi.

Recalling his childhood, Nitish says he had a fun-filled childhood in his native place. He used to play cricket, football, and various other outdoor games, unlike today’s kids who spend more time indoors.

Talking about his inspirations, Nitish says he considers Lord Krishna and Bhagavad Gita as his biggest source of inspiration.

According to Nitish, experience matters more than education because gaining practical life experiences is way different than bookish knowledge.

In his free time, he is fond of traveling, exploring new places, and trying out new dishes.

If Nitish had a Time Machine, he would like to go back in time and relive his college life.

Advising the youth, Nitish says that don’t get stuck in one place. He tells them to keep learning, update themselves, and move forward while accepting the changes.
