Nitin is prospering in his life as the owner of a dance academy, thanks to his dancing abilities.

Nitin Sanotra is the founder of “Auspicious Dance Academy”.

Nitin hails from Jammu and all his education was done in Jammu itself. He holds an M.Com degree. He has been running his dance academy since 2012.

While describing his challenges, Nitin says his family used to reside in a one-room apartment due to their difficult financial status. He remembers the period when he used to save his fifty rupee pocket money and use it to pay for his dance lessons. But his parents instilled in him a belief in the power of perseverance, hard work, and the will to succeed. He was driven to succeed in life from an early age in order to support his family with all the amenities. He gives credit for his success to his dance.

Nitin discusses his accomplishments, mentioning that he was one of the top 100 dancers for the well-known dance reality show "Dance India Dance." Additionally, he holds the record for an International Book of Records-organized online dance competition. In his opinion, he says the most important achievement for him is when his students win dance competitions at the state or national level.

When asked about his COVID experience, Nitin says people from all over the world lost loved ones, lost their jobs, and encountered numerous challenges during these two years. However, if we look at the bright side, people have become more tech-savvy, and the world has provided more opportunities for education and businesses.

When asked about the role models in his life, Nitin says he considers the American hip-hop dance crew, “The Jabbawockeez" as his role models. They inspire him because of their innovative performances and distinctive appearance. He also admires the legendary dancer Michael Jackson as a dancer.

When asked which is more essential, education or experience, Nitin replies that he has always valued both equally. He completed his education while also pursuing his goal of learning to dance. He believes education is important for a dancer because it provides access to opportunities for learning about and mastering the dance field.

If Nitin had a Time Machine to go back in time, he would like to become a cricketer like Sachin Tendulkar and Kapil Dev.

Nitin advises young people who are struggling with bad habits like drugs to participate in any kind of physical activity. It will undoubtedly help them concentrate in order to succeed in their respective careers, as well as provide them with the discipline to avoid distractions.
