Nitin Kumawat is the owner of New Mamta Restaurant in Pushkar.
Nitin was born in Beawar but has spent the last sixteen years in Pushkar. His father established their business as a tiny shop, which has since been converted into a full-fledged restaurant in Pushkar. Nitin did a six-month course in cooking and now cooks at his own restaurant.
Nitin’s role models are his parents, as he learned a lot from them.
Sharing his COVID experiences, Nitin says that he had to change the venue of his restaurant because of the pandemic, and he faced many struggles. The restaurant was shut down in COVID-19, but now customers are visiting the restaurant again.
Nitin’s success mantra is, ‘If you do not pay attention to the future, then you will never get success.’
Nitin advises the youth that it is essential to understand the value and importance of time. One should use the time for the right things and work.
Comparing education and experience, Nitin says that experience is more important than education, as a person is recognised and famed by their work, not by their name.
If given a time machine to go back in time, Nitin would like to relive his childhood days and enjoy them with his school friends.
