Nitin Jain is an Entrepreneur who thinks that the current generation is creating an ecosystem for the next generation so that they can focus more on innovative ideas.

Nitin Jain is from Jaipur. He did his Senior Secondary (P.C.M. plus Fine Arts) from Vivekananda Kendriya Vidyalaya. He did his Graduation in Animation and Multimedia in 2016. He then pursued his Masters in Animation Design with Communication and Advertising as a major subject. Nitin has also done specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.

Nitin then started his own company named Indibni Private Limited. It is a Jaipur-based company that focuses on Indian Gifting options based on our culture and tradition. They focus on creating things that have a feeling attached to them. Nitin says that they try to communicate, through their products, Indian values, and bonds.

Nitin says Success for him is having been able to create an organization that focuses on building a good incubator for more entrepreneurs to rise. He focuses on the holistic development of the team and also gives equal importance to nurturing Indian values.

Nitin shares that he is inspired by many people around him right from his Fine Arts teacher in his school to all the mentors and faculty of his college. He is also inspired by Ratan Tata and Sridhar Vembu who have created a holistic environment for their employees and also prioritize their interests and development.

Nitin shares that he takes motivation from different quotes and he shares his favorite ones to be:

• “Around here we don't look backward for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious...and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

Nitin says that the only mistake in his life is that he did not commit all the mistakes he did, earlier in life. He says that all those mistakes gave him a way forward in life and helped him grow.

Nitin says that the Covid time was the hardest time for his business. He says that there are good and bad times in the cycle of life. The biggest lesson he learned in life is that it is alright to ask for help from others in times of need.

Nitin says that the biggest achievement for him is completing ten years of his company in March 2022. He is satisfied with the journey he has seen over the years and plans to take his business to newer heights.

Nitin advises the people who want to come into this line not to start any company for the sake of being a founder. They should have a zeal and an idea to follow.

In his free time, Nitin likes watching films. He is also a Photography enthusiast and has clicked around 10 Lakh pictures in his college days. Nitin is also fond of traveling.
