Though Nitin feels content in his life as he has an excellent career in the banking industry, he continues to desire to learn more.

Nitin Jain is an Assistant Vice President - Rajasthan at ICICI Bank.

Nitin belongs to Jaipur. He did his schooling from Jaipur itself. Thereafter, he did his graduation in Commerce from University of Rajasthan. He prepared for CAT exams and got admission in the Institute of Technology and Management and pursued his MBA in Finance.

Nitin shares that after completing his education, he got an opportunity to work in the Bombay Stock Exchange. He feels that by working there he got to learn how to apply his knowledge practically. Thereafter, he joined HSBC bank and was handling wealth management for big clients. After that, he worked in ICICI bank as a Private Wealth Head in Rajasthan.

Nitin feels that in his entire career, he kept learning everyday and also advises others to never stop learning. Keep updating yourself and adapt to the current developments in the industry.

Talking about his struggles, Nitin says that there have been several ups and downs in his life. The Covid time especially, was very tough on the financial sector.

When asked about his role models, Nitin says that his father has been his inspiration in both personal and professional life. His family has also been extremely supportive throughout his life.

To all those who want to pursue his field, Nitin says that it is not necessary to come from a commerce background to join this field, but one must have skills and ability to learn every day.

Nitin’s success mantra is to keep learning and keep progressing.

If given a time machine to travel back in time, Nitin would like to relive his childhood days.

When free, Nitin spends his time with his family and kids. He also enjoys watching movies.
