A manager in the pharmaceutical industry, Nitesh has been working in this field for the last twenty years. He believes it is important to be positive to live a happy life.

Nitesh Soni is a Regional Business Manager in a  pharmaceutical company.

Talking about his journey, Nitesh says that he belongs to Udaipur and completed his schooling at Vidhya Niketan School in Udaipur. He started working at the time of his graduation. He worked at a clinic as a receptionist. Afterwards, he decided to join the pharmaceutical field in order to enjoy his life along with his work. Slowly and gradually, he grew in this field and now has progressed to the level of Regional Business Manager.

When asked about his challenges, Nitesh says that he faced many struggles in this field as it is target-based work and there are no fixed working hours. When he had been working for a company for over eight years, the sudden closure of the company caused him problems. He had to sit idle for seven months and encountered several challenges. But he didn't give up and looked for a new job, eventually joining a corporation as an executive officer and now working as a manager after two promotions.

Sharing his achievements, Nitesh says that he was recognised with international awards twice from Singapore and Thailand. He also became the first macro photographer in Udaipur and took photos of insects at the time of the first lockdown. He learned digital painting in the second wave of the pandemic, which is an accomplishment for him.

Accepting his mistakes, Nitesh says that he makes mistakes every day and learns from them. He learned to be patient to maintain a proper balance in life.

In his spare time, Nitesh likes to do painting and photography.

Nitesh says that basic education and knowledge are important in life, and then experience is gained and helps you in your growth.

If given a time machine, Nitesh would go back to his school days to enjoy those moments again.

Nitesh's role model is himself, who started from the ground up and achieved success on his own.

Nitesh’s life mantra is that if you want, you can achieve anything in life.
