A very charismatic and compassionate educationist, Nishant Badala has been trying to facilitate the best learning experience for his students.

Nishant Badala is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by education and a teacher by profession. He started teaching in the year 2010, with a batch of just two students at his home. Today, he teaches more than five thousand students, which is a result of his persistence and hard work. He currently teaches CA, CS, and other commerce-related subjects to his students at Badala Classes. .

Addressing the topic of the coronavirus pandemic, Nishant says it had a huge impact on the entire world, especially the education sector, because everything happened very fast and there was very little time to react. He says that teachers lost their one-to-one connection with their students, and it was very difficult to handle multiple batches all at once. But with his and his team member’s determination to teach, his institute was able to introduce their own application, and things started coming back on track.

Advising the newcomers in the field of teaching, Nishant says that qualifications don’t matter if one has worked hard, is passionate about their subject, and is confident in what they know. He advises the youngsters to gain sufficient skills and put their best efforts into learning the subject they are passionate about, and they can be great teachers or educators.

Nishant says both education and experience play a vital role in the growth of a person. Education alone cannot last because as we proceed in a career path, new things keep coming up which can only be learned with the help of experience.

Talking about leadership skills, Nishant says that he is a leader by work and not by birth. He feels that a leader is a person who always keeps everyone around them motivated, treats everyone equally and tries to learn from every experience in life. He believes a leader can not only set up targets but also help their team to achieve them.

Nishant’s inspiration in life is Rahul sir, who motivated him to choose commerce as his career and inspired him to excel in it.

Reminiscing about his childhood, Nishant shares how nervous he was when giving his mathematics examination in twelfth standard because he was not very good at it. But he overcame his fear and scored hundred percent marks, which taught him a valuable life lesson of never giving up.
