Despite many challenges, Nisha completed her engineering degree and is currently working as a professor. She is still continuing her studies to gain more knowledge in this field.

Nisha Patel is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology in Udaipur.

Nisha hails from Udaipur and did her primary education at Gyan Mandir School and her B.Tech. in mechanical engineering at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology.

Nisha is currently pursuing her M.Tech. from the College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur. Her project is on AVM machines. She shares that the Techno India NJR Institute of Technology focuses on the students, and the teaching staff is completely dedicated to providing good infrastructure and learning opportunities to the students. The college team is highly focused on providing proper training to the students and also has an efficient placement cell.

Talking about her struggles, Nisha says that at the time of her B.Tech., she faced many challenges as she was the only female student in her class. However, due to the cooperative nature of the faculty, she was able to complete her degree, overcoming all the challenges. Teachers used to encourage her during her studies; even when she thought that she was failing, they kept her boosted and motivated.

Nisha advises that practical knowledge, along with theoretical knowledge, is of the utmost importance.

Nisha’s bigger goal is to clear the civil services exam and become an IAS.

Nisha’s role models are her teachers, who always cooperated and supported her.

Nisha’s success mantra is a perfect blend of hard work and smart work.

Sharing her COVID experiences, Nisha says that the online classes have proven to be a big challenge, as understanding practical concepts and clearing doubts online is not an easy task. So, she says she believes that physical teaching is far better than virtual classes.

Talking about leadership, Nisha says that a good leader is a person who can motivate everyone in the group and keep them focused while walking towards the common goal. Nisha believes she has all the leadership traits.

If given a time machine, Nisha wants to relive his engineering days.

In her free time, Nisha likes to play badminton.
