Nirmal Paliwal promotes modelling, dance, music, and acting under the banner of his company. His company offers dance choreography, modelling choreography, wedding and event planning services. Paliwal teaches many dance styles and manages a wide range of events, including corporate, wedding, and modelling events. He plans destination and local weddings, and any other types of events.

At his studio, students begin learning dance at the age of three, and modelling performances include children- both girls and guys. ILFH also features photoshoots of the children, and the show's winners will be cast in commercial films and other platforms. Paliwal states that Xtreme Production's commitment for wedding events is to provide high-quality services at a low cost. Talking about his inspiration behind joining the dance field, Nirmal Paliwal says he was attracted to dancing after watching Hrithik Roshan in the film 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai'. As he joined a dance school and practised dancing to the song 'Ek pal ka jeena' from the film, he realised what dance truly meant. Since then, he has developed a great interest in dancing and emulates Hrithik Roshan's style and moves.

Nirmal Paliwal launched his own business in 2016. He was initially involved in his family's business, but he left it to pursue his passion. He established the Xtreme Dance Company, which brought together dance and music. Then, gradually, he assembled a crew and began doing wedding and sangeet choreography. He and his crew took risks when they accepted managing some large weddings, but their courage paid off handsomely when it was all successful.

In 2018, he was given the responsibility of organising the 'Youth Icon India' exhibition, which was a watershed moment in his life and a boost to his startup. Nirmal Paliwal discusses his tribulations, stating that he had to face several challenges in starting his own business since his family was opposed to his choice of career. His family felt that dancing was not a career or a suitable field of work for him, and so his parents disowned him for one and a half years. Later, after seeing his progress and earnings, they accepted him back.

He considers Hrithik Roshan his role model. Beside him, he has also learnt a lot from circumstances and people who are experts in their industry.

The most important principle of life he has learnt is that "nothing is impossible," and he lives by it. He thinks that everybody can achieve their goals in life since there is no such thing as 'impossible'.

Speaking about his accomplishments, Paliwal states that despite several challenges, he received the India Cine Star Award in 2018, the Mr. Rajasthan Award, and the Udaipur Pride Achievement Award in 2019. He also received the Jaipur Ratna Award in 2021 and an International Award in 2022. He has served as a guest of honour and judge in several performances, which is a significant accomplishment for him.

He has also worked for some big brands, like doing 8 songs for Veena Rajasthani, Tips Rajasthani (for which he recently published a song), and one song for Zed Music, among many more albums and individual tracks. He explains that the songs were produced by Veena Rajasthani, and that he was in charge of casting, choreography, and main parts in two of them. In Tips Rajasthani, he conducted casting and choreography of the ‘Teshan Teshan’ song.

Nirmal Paliwal advises new aspirants to realise that nothing is impossible in life. He emphasises the need of conducting extensive study in your topic of interest.
