Nikunj started working as a designer at a very tender age. She believes that with proper technical skills and creativity, one can easily achieve success in the interior designing field.

Nikunj Sharma is an Interior Designer based in Jaipur. She has been into interior design since a very young age. She is practicing interior designing independently under her firm Nikunj Sharma Design Studio.

Nikunj was born and brought up in Bhopal. She pursued her degree from a polytechnic college in Bhopal itself. Later on, he started her journey as an interior design faculty. Along with teaching, she also used to work part-time with her partners handling interior designing projects. Later on, she started practicing independently.

Recalling her childhood memories, Nikunj says that her childhood was full of fun and outdoor games. She had no awareness of or interest in interior designing when she was young, she says. However, somehow, with her uncle’s advice, she came into this field and finally pursued a career in the same.

Talking about her mistakes, Nikunj says she believes that every day is a new learning. She says that she doesn't believe in repeating mistakes. She says that she makes mistakes, learns from them, and tries to rectify them; and always tries to avoid repeating the same mistakes.

To the interior designing aspirants, Nikunj says that apart from technical skills, being observant is very important in this field. She says that education will teach you the technicalities but other skills will come through observance and creativity.

Speaking about how she relieves her stress, Nikunj says she thinks that mobile phones are the biggest headache these days. She says that she tries to avoid phone calls after office hours and prefers spending time with family to stay away from stress. She also shares that music is the best remedy to deal with day-to-day stress.

To the youngsters coming into this field, Nikunj says that Interior Designing or entrepreneurship demands patience. She advises them to take proper technical qualifications and guidance and then come into this industry.

Reading books, music, and cooking are her pastimes.
