Combining his passion for social work and marketing, Nikhil founded his own company. His experience has taught him the significance of following his instincts, learning from his mistakes, and moving on in life. He helped numerous organizations in Udaipur with CSR design.

Nikhil Sharma is the founder of Inspiro, which specializes in CSR design and Digital Marketing.

Nikhil shares that he always liked doing social work and was also good at marketing and sales. His interest in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) grew when he recognized the lack of awareness about it among companies in Udaipur. This sparked his passion for helping organizations understand and implement CSR initiatives, enhancing their branding and societal impact. Despite initial doubts and obstacles, Nikhil pursued his dream and started a CSR consulting company.

Eventually, he founded Inspiro and is helping numerous organizations in Udaipur with CSR initiatives. He says that experience taught him to trust his instincts, learn from mistakes, and progress.

Acknowledging his struggles, he admits knowing little about CSR in 2017 when he started. Passion kept him going, and he campaigned from region to region. Losing three projects initially seemed like the end, but he persisted, eventually convincing those clients to work with him. He shares that he had to sacrifice a lot and didn't even have time for his friends and family.

Highlighting his achievements, he states that helping companies recognize CSR eligibility and deploy impactful initiatives brings him satisfaction. He recounts helping a friend, a Karate Black Belt, when he saw him working as an autorickshaw driver to establish his own company, Suraksha Martial Art.

When asked about his role models, Nikhil says he draws inspiration from his friend’s father and admires him for his success, endurance, and perseverance. The determination and resilience displayed by him inspire him in his own pursuit of success.

Nikhil's approach to life and business is to not blindly follow everyone's advice but rather pursue what he believes in. He believes that taking such risks helps with personal growth, learning from mistakes, and moving forward. He shares the aim of his company, which is also his favorite quote: “Always be inspired to achieve your vision.”

In his spare time, he likes to read Hindi literature and attend literature festivals.
