Nikhil Raj Singh, a student leader and President of the Central Students Union at MLSU, is a mining business owner and lawyer trained under his father. He has been active in student politics and helping students since 2012.

Nikhil Raj Singh is a student leader who has become the President of the Central Students Union at MLSU. He believes in living a never-stopping life and making a positive difference in society.

Nikhil hails from Udaipur and runs a mining business. He is also training as a lawyer under his father, who is an advocate. He has been helping students since 2012, when he joined the college as a student. He feels sad that the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the students' learning and activities for the last two years.

With a PG degree in LLM from MLSU and graduation degrees in B.Com. and LLB, Nikhil is highly qualified and educated. He completed his education at Udaipur's St. Anthony's Sr. Secondary School.

Nikhil is aware of the challenges and worries faced by aspirational youngsters applying to universities. He talks about how his seniors helped him through the laborious process of filling out forms, taking pictures, photocopies, signatures, and verifying all other facts. They also taught him about other restrictions, attendance, and the classes. He is currently providing the same for his juniors.

Nikhil credits ABVP—Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad—for all the learning and training he has received to become the person he is today. He always cherished his time working as a volunteer with them for student welfare. Today, he is a renowned member of the ABVP and also a volunteer for the RSS.

Speaking about his achievements, Nikhil says he excelled in sports as well during his college days. He played cricket, volleyball, and swimming at the state and district levels. He also represented the North Zone in the nationals in softball. He was always connected with the roots of our eternal religion and culture.

Furthermore, he regards garnering support from over 14,000 students during his election campaign, despite lacking a political background, as his most significant accomplishment. Since his initial days with students and friends, everyone has been fond of him and encouraged him to run for University Students Union President to become a recognized representative on a bigger platform. And he succeeded.

When asked about his mistakes, Nikhil says that he learned from his own mistakes, which were caused by his emotion-driven approach. His belief in God and his parents, especially his father, is his ultimate success mantra in life. He considers his father to be his backbone, no matter what. His father is his role model.

Nikhil talks about “student welfare” as a good initiative for the future generation to extend their helping hand and even make it their career goal. He says that this requires a person to be calm, patient, and humble who can think for the students as a community and leave behind a self-centered outlook.

When asked about leadership, Nikhil says he thinks that leadership qualities develop with time. It takes a lot of hard work and the teachings of parents and teachers to become a leader. He believes that he was polished from a raw student into a leader by the ABVP and RSS.

According to him, "experience and education are equally important because, while education forces you to follow the rules, experience allows you to create your own." Swami Vivekananda's teachings serve as his source of motivation.

Lastly, Nikhil quotes, “Never stop, always try, and do the best that you can." He believes that perseverance and determination are key qualities that contribute to personal growth and success. He acknowledges that continuous effort and striving for excellence are essential to achieving one's goals.
