A university rank holder in Biotechnology, Nidhi found her true calling in the HRM domain. She managed to overcome all the challenges that came her way and also launched a podcast show.

Nidhi Khanna is a Senior HR Manager at Fever FM, Hindustan Times. She has been working in this profession for the last fourteen years.She also runs a podcast show under the name ‘Gyan Nuggets.’

Nidhi hails from Ghaziabad and belongs to a middle-class family. She grew up in a joint family and had a beautiful childhood full of fond memories. Nidhi completed her graduation in Biotechnology and wanted to study further. However, due to financial constraints, she started looking for jobs and got into the profile of a customer executive.

Nidhi shares that she never enjoyed working in the role but kept her patience. Soon the vacancy of an HR Manager in her company came to her attention, and she grabbed the opportunity. Since then, Nidhi has gained experience in every vertical of HRM and enjoys working in the role. She also pursued an MBA Executive course from Guru Gobind Singh University and used to attend classes over the weekends.

After handling every challenging role at the HRM front, Nidhi got an opportunity at Jagran New Media, where she worked for two years. Describing her struggles, Nidhi shares that there was a time when she had to go through emotional turbulence and was not able to handle herself well. She kept overthinking and undervaluing herself until she realised she was doing the wrong thing. Nidhi met several people in her professional life and came to the understanding that it was important to value herself to get valued by others as well.

When asked about her role models, Nidhi says she draws inspiration from anyone who has managed to keep a smile on their faces despite challenges that stood in their way.

Nidhi’s mantra for success is to remain balanced and live in the moment.
