A courageous girl, Nidhi never gave up on her life, despite being a differently-abled child and is currently working as an HR manager. Besides her profession, she also follows her passion for dance, and dance is like a life partner for her.

HR consultant Nidhi Gosalia works as a Diversity Recruiter for a Delhi-based firm called ‘The Gig Pool’ that serves women and PWDs (people with disabilities).

Nidhi discloses that she was born with cerebral palsy and is hence differently abled. She began her career as an NGO employee before deciding to pursue a career in human resource management.

After Nidhi was born, her parents moved from a hamlet to Mumbai, where she was raised. She started off attending a regular school but eventually finished her education through distance learning from NIOS for grades ten, eleven, and twelve. She graduated from Mumbai's Bhavan's College with a BA in Psychology.

Nidhi's parents serve as her role models since they had to work very hard and make many sacrifices to raise her because raising a kid with a disability differs greatly from raising an ordinary kid. They had a hard time accepting reality and took her to many physicians for treatment, but they were always there for her.

Nidhi shares her accomplishments and states that the greatest blessing and honour she has received is her dancing instructor Vishakha, whom she met via Facebook. Her instructor was an excellent teacher who always paid close attention to each pupil. She has been like her mother, constantly providing guidance. She began watching her videos on YouTube at first, and in 2018 she began taking dance lessons from her.

Nidhi enjoys dancing as a stress reliever since it always makes her feel better. She enjoys interacting and meeting new people as well.

Nidhi counsels everyone to engage in charitable deeds to get God’s blessings. She asks everyone to never give up and keep moving forward in life. She calls on society to accept and provide chances for those with disabilities to integrate them into the mainstream. According to her, it's critical that we provide people with disabilities an opportunity and focus on their skills rather than their flaws.
