Neha followed her father’s advice to enter the education field and has come to love her profession.

Neha Shreshth is a Teacher in Central Public School, Udaipur.

Though her family is originally from Bihar, Neha has been born and brought up in Rajshtan. She did her schooling from Banswara and then completed her B.Sc. from BN College. She then completed her B.Ed. in 2017 and subsequently started teaching.

During the COVID period, Neha felt her mental health deteriorating and wished to start going to the school as soon as she could. And in the meanwhile, she continued teaching and learned teaching through the online mode. She further says that the Director of the institution and her best best-friend kept interacting with her which gave her positivity and hope in those testing times. She also tried cooking various dishes and learning new things to keep herself cheerful.

When asked about her role models, Neha says she considers her best friends as her role models who have taught her to face difficult times with ease.

Giving a piece of advice to teachers, Neha says that they should be good speakers and listeners, which will help them connect to their students. She further says that they should also have innovative ideas for teaching.
