A highly motivated, analytical woman entrepreneur, Neha, is helping establish brands for businesses and public figures through her digital marketing firm.

Neha Majithia is the director and co-founder of the Mumbai-based digital marketing firm OktoBuzz. She says that her company specializes in the promotion and branding of businesses' services using search engines, social media platforms, display advertisements on other websites, and other means.

Neha was born in Rajkot and raised in Mumbai. In Mumbai, she completed both her high school and college education. She pursued her MBA in the UK after graduating.

Neha has more than eight years of experience in company development, strategy, digital marketing, and training in the UK and India. She now assists businesses and public figures in creating an engaged audience and generating revenue.

Neha recalls her childhood as a plump kid who was always cheerful and confident. Because she comes from a pious Jain family, she began fasting at the age of eight. When she was 16 years old, she started fasting for 30 days during their sacred month every year. She believes that fasting has helped her become more committed and determined in life.

Neha, when asked about her achievements, shares that her mother inspired her to finish her studies abroad. She then moved to the UK to complete her MBA at the University of Wales. She participated in a sales training program while pursuing her MBA when she earned the first award of her career as the Best Salesperson among the UK's 20 firms. In her agency, she was recognized as the best leader for sales training.

When asked about her role models, Neha says she finds it difficult to identify someone as a role model. She finds inspiration in everyone that comes into her life. She also follows renowned trainer Ankur Warikoo, whose lessons have given her the skills to effectively manage her time and life. Besides, she enjoys reading self-help books to inspire herself and learn by putting the fundamental rules of life into practice.

During her leisure time, Neha enjoys dancing and cooking. She is a trained classical dancer who believes that dance frees her from all life's stresses and hardships. She enjoys trying out new recipes for her family members and finds great enjoyment in doing so.

Neha says that even if she ever finds a Time Machine, she wouldn't make any changes to her life. She considers herself fortunate to have had her life blossom as it did.

Neha's success mantra is to celebrate each stage of the journey as you travel through life rather than only enjoying milestones.
