An entrepreneur and a singer, Neha believes that those who move away from traditional paths create history. She has been working in the corporate sector for the last twenty years.

Neha Joshi is a nutritionist and a singer in Mumbai.

Neha has experience working in healthcare marketing, which includes pharma, diagnostics, and medical devices. She always had an interest in nutritious food, so she started spreading awareness among people about the same. She has also been learning music since childhood, as she comes from a musical family background. Her mother is a ‘Sangeet Visharad’, and she is trained in light music.

Neha was born and brought up in Mumbai. She completed her education in Mumbai itself. She did postgraduate studies in Analytical Chemistry and also did a Master's Diploma in Pharmacology from distance learning. She also completed an MBA in 2010 and a diploma course to become a nutritionist.

Recalling her childhood, Neha says that her father played an important role in her childhood as he was a retired principal. She learned a lot from her father.

Talking about her struggles, Neha says that proving herself in the corporate sector as a woman was one of the biggest challenges for her. But she overcame this challenge through her hard work and dedication.

Sharing her achievements, Neha says that she had always been a brilliant student at her school. She also earned a gold medal at the time of her diploma in pharmacology. She has also received many awards and recognitions in her professional journey.  She was awarded Woman Entrepreneur Of The Year, and it was a proud moment for her.

Accepting her mistakes, Neha says that sometimes she made compromises in terms of her job because of adverse situations. That was a learning experience for her, and she learned that it would not be beneficial in the long run.

Neha’s role model is her father, as she learned the way of life from him. She also learned to be confident and have entrepreneurial skills from her father. She also admires the women around her, as they inspire her a lot.

Neha advises everyone that it is important to identify your passion. It is also very important to listen to your heart before doing any work.

While comparing education and experience, Neha says that education makes you aware of the possibilities. On the other hand, experience is the best teacher for overcoming challenges.

If given a time machine to travel back in time, Neha would like to spend more time with her father.
