Neha Verma Jain is the CEO of Startup Flux in Delhi.

Neha shares that she is running a digital marketing and IT consulting company based in Delhi. They provide services to clients globally regarding marketing and advertising. They are also working in the fields of web and software development, helping their clients with their brands so that they can achieve their vision. It is a service-based industry that provides various services, including branding, consultancy, performance marketing, SEO, social media management, etc.

Recalling her childhood, Neha says that she was born and raised in Mumbai. Her childhood was great, as she was a bright student at her school. She used to participate in various activities during her school days. Her college life was also awesome, and she learned a lot from her mentors in Mumbai.

Talking about her journey, Neha says that she comes from a Finance background as she completed her graduation in Commerce. She has also cleared the intermediate stage in CA. She always had a passion for marketing, so she decided to pursue a career in this field. Initially, she worked with other firms to gain experience. Earlier, she was the Director of marketing at Startup Flux, and then, after the demise of her husband, she decided to run this firm. With the support of her team, clients, family, and friends, she has been running it successfully.

In her entrepreneurial journey, Neha enjoys learning about the field of marketing. She connects with many people and with various clients globally. This helps her make effective strategies for the business.

Talking about her struggles, Neha says that she faced personal and professional challenges when she lost her husband. The team members and the clients of the company had a fear of how the company would run and who would be the next leader. But she took a step forward and decided to run the firm and try to balance everything.

Sharing her achievements, Neha says that gaining the trust of her clients and team members within three months is her biggest accomplishment. After achieving sustainability in business, she also achieved growth for the company. Recently, she also received a leadership award.

Neha’s role model is her husband. She says that her husband was her biggest inspiration, as he was an amazing leader. The culture that he built in the organisation inspired her a lot. She also admires her friends and family members, as they have always supported and motivated her.

Neha’s success mantra is “Believe in yourself, have patience, and do a lot of hard work.”

Neha advises young entrepreneurs to first identify their passion and then research it to understand the pros and cons. Start with a small step and give your best to your client. Maintaining a good relationship with your clients and team members is important. On the other hand, building a good working culture in your team is also essential.
