A Businesswoman at heart, Neha Gupta is working tirelessly to grow her family business of Construction to newer heights as its Director.

Neha Gupta is the Director of Manglam Builders, Jaipur, and President of FORTI- Women’s Wing.

Neha was born and raised in Firozabad, UP. After completing her initial schooling in Firozabad, she was sent to Birla Balika Vidyapeeth in Pilani where she completed her remaining school education. Then she did an integrated Bachelors and Masters in Management from IIPS Indore.

Neha shares that hailing from a business family, she got to learn business and management lessons from an early age. She would look after her family-run business. After her wedding, she moved to Udaipur. She says that her in-laws always supported her to grow both personally and professionally. And realizing her potential, she was entrusted to serve as the Director of her in-laws’ business.

Neha says that it’s hard for a woman to fulfill both personal and professional aspects of her life. She says some women find solace in fulfilling their family responsibilities and helping their kids and husbands achieve their dreams. Whereas, she always felt unfulfilled just looking after her family's responsibilities. She wanted to create her own identity. And for that, she did a certification course on Media and Advertising from IIM Ranchi to broaden her horizon as a businesswoman. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. too as she thinks that one should never stop learning in life.

Neha thinks that every person and situation in your life teaches you something. She says that she learned a lot when she joined the FORTI Women’s Wing - a women’s forum.

To women, Neha’s advice is that if they want to do something of your own then you just need to heed your inner call without waiting for someone to nudge you.

In her spare time, Neha likes to catch up on her sleep and play Tennis. Besides, she also likes to read books.
