Neha Gupta, CEO and Founder of Neha Creations, has eleven years of experience in various fields, including teaching Mandala art and managing a corporate field. She started her art business to cope with postpartum depression and has since become a dedicated artist, conducting workshops and courses. Neha is passionate about mandala art, which she believes is a meditative art form.

Hailing from Gurgaon, Neha Gupta is the CEO and founder of an art venture named Neha Creations. She runs this business mostly online but also sells her products offline at times. Neha did her schooling in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She did a B.Tech. from Agra and an M.Tech. from Rajasthan Technical University, Jaipur. She has overall eleven years of working experience, five and a half years as an assistant professor, and five years in the corporate field as an operations manager.

Reflecting on her childhood, Neha recalls how once she failed in pre-nursery and her father, instead of scolding her, took her to eat jalebis. This incident taught Neha the importance of unconditional love and support from her family. It also instilled in her a sense of resilience and determination to overcome challenges in life.

Describing her journey, Neha says that she had always wanted to be independent but experienced postpartum depression after giving birth during COVID. She started her art business to cope with stress and found it relaxing. Within 15 to 20 days, she realized it helped her overcome depression. Since then, she has been a dedicated artist, conducting workshops and courses to teach Mandala art at national and international levels.

Neha shares her inclination towards Mandala art and says she believes that there is a scientific reason behind Mandala being called a meditative art form. She says that making the same patterns again and again relaxes your mind, and this is the reason why it is addressed as a meditative art form. Creating a mandala does not require any kind of artistic talent, and one just needs to know how to make basic shapes.

Neha is the author of two Mandala books. "Walk Through Mandala" is the title of her debut book, which has been published and distributed in more than thirty nations. "Mandala Coloring and Practice Book" is her other book. Both of her publications are available both domestically and abroad.

Considering her father as her role model, Neha says that her father has done so much for her and her siblings, and she has learned a lot from her father. Neha admires her father's hard work and dedication, as he has always been a source of inspiration for her. She believes that his values and teachings have shaped her into the person she is today.

If Neha were to choose between education and experience, she says that education is crucial, but she also acknowledges the value of experience in her life. She believes that having experience makes it easier to move forward in life. Neha's unique book, based on her own experiences, has proven to be a valuable resource for many people worldwide.

Neha, a businesswoman, admits that she was never considered a born leader. She aimed to be the best and realized she already had leadership qualities when she started her business. Over the past three years, she has never considered stepping back from her work due to her leadership quality and consistency.

When discussing some of her accomplishments, Neha cites the publication of her book, "Walk Through Mandala," as one of her proudest moments because it took her a lot of effort to write it and she also received a positive response upon release.

Neha claims that one aspect of her job that she enjoys is that it demands a lot of patience, and that it has taught her patience. She enjoys doing mandala art, and the final product and originality of the work are both quite lovely. Neha's business did not initially generate much revenue in the first year, but she was unconcerned because she was confident that she would succeed eventually. And as the voyage went on, the revenue grew thanks to her perseverance and hard work.

If given a chance to go back in time in a time machine, Neha would go back and fulfill her father’s dream of doing post-graduation and making him feel proud. Neha believes that her father's dream would have brought her a sense of fulfillment and a deeper connection with her family. She understands the importance of education and wishes she could have honored her father's aspirations while also pursuing her passion for mandala art.

In her free time, Neha loves spending time with her daughter, who is three and a half years old. They enjoy going to the park together and playing with toys.

Neha inspires women entrepreneurs by highlighting her sacrifices in maintaining her personal and professional lives. Despite being occupied with work, she managed to give time to her daughter, thanks to her husband's support.
