Neeti Sharma is a Teacher at the Alok School. She has an enormous experience of 28 years of teaching, which she uses for improving the learning experience of her students.

Neeti Sharma was born in Shaymagarh, M.P., and brought up in Udaipur. She really enjoyed her childhood and appreciates the fact that she spent it doing outdoor activities.

During COVID, Neeti initially faced some issues with the sudden shift of offline teaching to online. Nevertheless, she efficiently learned how to conduct online classes with the help of her colleagues. She also got to spend quality time with her family during the lockdown and also taught new things to her daughter.

According to Neeti, to become a good teacher, firstly, you need to have good command over your subject. Secondly, you need to have confidence to teach effectively, and lastly you should have patience to deal with the students.

Neeti loves art and really likes to dance and listen to music in her free time.

Neeti regards her father to be her role model who faced many struggles in his life but never backed down and this inspires her too.
