Born in Gangapur, Neeraj was raised in a joint family. His father's paralysis in 11th grade led to financial loss, and Neeraj's mother supported him through his education. He completed high school and worked at a call center for additional income. He is now a counselor and nurse, having worked at a renowned medical center in Udaipur.

Neeraj Verma was born and brought up in Gangapur city, Sawai Madhopur. He lived with a joint family. When he was in 11th grade, Neeraj’s father got paralyzed, which affected his family, and they lost all their finances. To support Neeraj with his further education, his mother sold her jewelry in order to pay the fees.

Neeraj completed his high school education in Gangapur. His mother wanted him to get the best possible education and hence supported him until he passed his pre-medical test. For the additional income and to support his daily requirements, Neeraj also worked at a call center for over a year in order to fulfill the monetary requirements.

Neeraj recently completed his graduation and is currently a counselor and a nurse. Prior to that, he was a member of the nursing staff at one of the renowned medical centers in Udaipur.

The outbreak of COVID, according to Neeraj, was a challenging time that made everyone understand the importance of family, work, and society. This pandemic brought him and his family members closer than ever. Throughout, he adhered to the safety protocols and promoted the same to his peers.

Neeraj is often reminded of his time as a child. He used to be a jolly kid and has always been interested in outdoor sports. Neeraj considers Brahma Diwakar, his close friend, as his role model, who taught him to be patient, calm, and deal with stressful situations. Neeraj is passionate about playing guitar and loves to spend his time strumming tunes.

Neeraj believes that experiences play an important role in a person's life. According to him, practical knowledge is more valuable than theoretical knowledge. He also stresses the fact that to be a leader, one must have a positive attitude and a convincing approach. Neeraj learned to imbibe this quality from his father and still strives to live by it.
