Neeraj is working in Logistics and is trying to create an online booking system in this field. He feels that building trust with customers is very important in any business.

Neeraj Chaudhary hails from Kapasan, Chittorgarh, and did his schooling till third standards there. After that, he moved to Bhilwara and studied there till his 7th Standard. He completed his 11th and 12th in Sirohi where his father was posted. After that, he pursued B. Com and M. Com from Udaipur.

Neeraj always had an interest in doing something new and never got inclined towards a static job. He started NKP Kisaan in 2009 and started providing tractors and other related vehicles to farmers through online mode. He used to organize camps to create awareness about his platform but Neeraj feels that due to lack of infrastructure and knowledge, this venture did not succeed. After working on it for six months, he closed the business down and started contemplating his choices.

After this, Neeraj started another logistic service ‘NKP Loggy’, and started providing small to big vehicles for transportation of goods by just booking a vehicle online.  He says that he hired a developer to develop a website for his venture but the developer duped him with all his money. After that, he hired a developer from Surat and got his website prepared. However, soon after launching his new place, Covid lockdown was imposed. However, after the lockdown, his business picked up speed and is now working well. They have also started a 2-wheeler service now and many confectionary stores have enrolled with them.

Neeraj shares that the main issue is trust-building. People do not trust easily and are often skeptical about whether it is a genuine service or not. Neeraj himself has driven loading tempos to get a check of the ground reality and to build trust among people. Marketing is also a big deal in this field. Neeraj says that when NKP Kisaan failed, he was afraid of what he would do now. He also started a Mart but finally came into the logistics business.

Neeraj says that his Role Model is his father. His father has always supported him and never disagreed with any of his ideas. From a financial point of view as well, his father has invested in Neeraj’s ventures to the best of his capacity. Neeraj says that his father has also worked hard, in different fields and different cities to find stability in life.

Neeraj believes that one should do such work in life that their parents are addressed and known with their child’s reference. This is the Success Mantra Neeraj follows in life.

If given a chance, Neeraj would like to go back to his childhood days when he used to play with his colony friends and live in a connected neighborhood. He feels that that culture has almost ended now.

In his free time, Neeraj plays Ludo with his staff members to release stress and create a good connection with them. He likes to spend time with his friends and family whenever given an opportunity.
