Navneet Pandey is a Fashion Designer by profession. He has been into fashion designing for the past seventeen years. He joined his father’s business where they design and export classical dance outfits.

Navneet passed out from NIFT and did his MBA in fashion. He is working as a Fashion Coordinator & Designer in a Kathak Kendra. He also exports dance outfits across the globe.

Recalling his childhood memories, Navneet says that during his childhood he was much fascinated towards Dancing and Choreography and therefore did his graduation in the same field. However, soon after completing his graduation, he realized that he is not getting the deserved opportunities. Soon he decided to quit his dance career and joined NIFT to pursue his MBA in Fashion Designing.

Talking about his challenges, Navneet says that he wakes up with a list of day-to-day challenges every morning. However, he always focuses on finding the solution to the challenges with utmost honesty and dedication and the support of his team.

Sharing about his mistakes, Navneet mentions an incident where he designed outfits that did not match the requirements of his client. However, his father helped him understand the designs and they re-worked on the outfits and finally dispatched the order. He says that from that mistake he learnt a lesson that no matter how big the problem is, you should always focus on finding the solution with a positive mindset.

When asked about his role models, Navneet says that his father is his biggest role model. Furthermore, he considers his mother and his wife as his role models.

Explaining how he deals with stress, Navneet says that his work and the outfits that he designs help him attain peace in stressful situations.

Advising the youth, Navneet says that in today’s times, youngsters are distracted towards different fields. He further says that you should always focus on your goal and you’ll definitely achieve success.

Regarding his leisure activities, Navneet says that Indian classical dance and music are his hobbies.
