Being able to live a fulfilling life and pursue his passions makes Naveen feel incredibly fortunate. He believes teaching children has given his life meaning and brought him satisfaction.

Naveen Mathur is a lecturer and a philanthropist.

Naveen was born and brought up in Ajmer. He did his schooling in Ajmer itself. Thereafter, he did his BCom at the government college in Ajmer. Then he pursued an MBA from the Management Institute of Global Synergy, Ajmer. He cleared his NET in 2008. While growing up, Naveen faced several difficulties concerning his health. He suffered from two heart attacks, one when he was in 10th grade and the other later in his life when he worked in Ajmer as a teacher.

From 2007 to 2018, Naveen has been teaching and recently moved to Udaipur to join Janardan Rai Nagar Vidyapeeth, Udaipur.

Naveen feels extremely grateful to have a flourishing life and be able to do what he loves. He feels that he ultimately found the purpose of living and his happiness in teaching children. Along with teaching the course materials to his students, he also teaches them morals and ethics, which prove to be highly beneficial and fruitful for them. For him, teaching is not only confined to academics but also stretches to different domains of life.

Naveen says that the attitude of never giving up on his goal is something that made him pass with flying colors in all his life examinations and made him a true leader, a true mentor, and the best guide. He believes that the best way to handle the students is to let them feel safe and secure under your mentorship. He feels that this quality is something that is required in this field.

Being nostalgic, Naveen remembers his childhood, which was full of fun and enjoyment, and if possible, he wishes to return to that time.

When asked about his role model, Naveen says that he considers Swami Vivekanada his inspiration and has learned ethics and ways of handling things from his preachings and sayings. He is grateful to his colleagues, from whom he has learned a lot.

To all the teaching aspirants, Naveen says that one needs the right teaching skills, communication skills, and depth of subject knowledge in order to succeed in this profession. Based on his experience, he recommends the best options to his students and is highly devoted to his work.

Naveen diligently feels that no one is a born leader. People need to imbibe this trait as they grow and learn from their experiences.

In his spare time, Naveen likes to spend it with his family and teach something new to her daughter. Apart from that, Naveen is also a devout social worker. During the Corona period, he distributed masks and made donations to help the community at large.

Naveen’s life mantra is that one has to be self-dependent. Dependency of any kind is something that he believes makes a person weak.
