Naved started his business at a very young age and he possesses a great understanding of how things work and how to take it further to sustain in the market. Presently, he is pursuing B.Com along with managing his business.

Naved Hasan is the owner of Iqra Auto Workshop in Udaipur. It is a multi-brand car workshop and he has been managing it for the last two years. He looks after the customers’ needs and their satisfaction, timely arrangement of parts of the vehicles and management of labour and their work.

Naved was born in Indore but raised in Udaipur. He did his schooling from Central Academy School and is pursuing B.Com. from Shramjeevi College.

Naved says they provide all types of work regarding cars like mechanical work, denting, painting, dry-cleaning, washing, wheel alignment, wheel balancing and other technical works under one roof.

Naved’s role model is his father because he is a disciplined man and taught Naved to have a disciplined life.

Naved believes that the automobile industry will go a long way in the coming five years as all vehicles would be electrical by that time and whatever work will be there in the workshops would be mostly related to batteries.

Naved wishes to make technological improvements to further his business by maintaining electronic systems and other machines like ECMs and others.

Apart from work, Naved likes to spend time with his family in his free time.

If Naved could get a chance to go back in time, he would like to go back to his school time and enjoy all the moments that he cherishes.

Naved says whoever wants to enter this field, it is better to gain technical knowledge about the automobile industry and the vehicles and their parts. He suggests them to gain as much knowledge as you can before entering into this field. Along with this, he believes your customer liaison should be very good because lacking it, you won't be able to satisfy your customers and hence you would not survive in the market.

About leadership, Naved says that he has learned everything with time. He works in tandem with his staff and does not carry an employer-employee relationship at his workplace.

The success-mantra of Naved’s life is to raise yourself so high that God himself should ask you about your desire.

Naved says that at the age of twenty-one, he is managing the entire workshop with staff and liaising with customers so he understands that this is the biggest achievement for him so far.

Naved says that he repairs and maintains the vehicles of Seva Mandir and NSS at low costs to help them serve society and he gets some help in return too.

The biggest failure for Naved in life was that he never had patience and he feels that because of it he could not learn sooner and faced many losses. He feels that if he would have kept patience, he would have started his career a little earlier.
